Guarded Heart ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through useguardedheart.com (the "Site") and how we use it. It does not cover the future Guarded Heart mobile application, which will have its own privacy policy at launch.
Information we collect
Waitlist email. When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide. We use it solely to notify you about Guarded Heart's launch and significant product updates.
Basic analytics. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and pages visited. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.
How we use your information

- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site, such as our email delivery provider (Resend) and our hosting provider (Vercel), and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. To request deletion of your email from our records, contact us at the address below.
Data retention
We retain your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist closes after launch. Server access logs from our hosting provider are retained on standard rolling cycles and are not used for profiling.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
